Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sri Walis, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and trust in our services.

Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Refund requests must include the order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and any relevant documentation. Sri Walis reserves the right to approve or deny a refund based on the provided information and condition of the product or service rendered.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Cancellation policy

Sri Walis may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified using the contact details you provided, and a full refund will be processed promptly.

Customers are not permitted to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submission. If you have questions or require further clarification, please contact our customer support team or reach out via WhatsApp.

Note

This policy is subject to updates, and the latest version will always be available on our website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
