Plantation Advisor
Experienced in advising on agricultural and plantation supervision.
Responsibilities: visit and evaluate estate practices against group policy and manuals; review agricultural policy, manuals and operational efficiency; assess site yield potential, identify limitations and suggest practical improvements; evaluate field losses and propose solutions; conduct land visits and area-suitability assessments for oil palm and other crops; take on specific improvement tasks or projects.
Requirements: a recognised degree in agriculture science or equivalent; 15 years of estate-management experience, at least 8 in an advisory role; leadership, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills; good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good report writing; frequent travel.
Field Supervisor
Responsibilities: day-to-day field operations of the estates, in practical and supervisory roles.
Requirements: at least SPM with 2 years of estate experience; willing to be based in other states in Peninsular Malaysia.
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities: assist the Estate Manager in all aspects of estate operation and management.
Requirements: a diploma or degree in agriculture, or very good SPM or STPM results with all requirements for Incorporated Society of Planters membership; at least 4 years in oil palm plantations; leadership and independent working; computer literacy desirable; willing to be based in West Malaysia.
Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities: outbound calls to prospective customers; inviting them to company events and arranging appointments; setting appointments for the sales team.
Requirements: at least Primary, Secondary, SPM or O Level, any field; Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English; good communication skills; homemakers and retirees welcome.
