Delivery Policy

Sri Walis will deliver the order to the specific address in the order details. If there’s any inaccurate or incomplete details provided in the order details, Sri Walis shall have no liability for the loss or delay in the delivery process.

The order will be delivered by appointed courier service company or driver by Sri Walis within the timeframe stated for each product. We aim to deliver the product within the proposed timeframe, however we are not responsible if the delivery time is delayed due to unexpected circumstance.
